Integrated Earth Lectures & Notes
The Big Bang
Visit the Science Buddies website and fill out the Topic Selection Wizard (even if you already know what you want to do.) You'll need this before we go to the library.
2.1 Timeline from Big Bang
The timeline of the universe, beginning with the Big Bang and ending today. Utilize NASA's WMAP for organizing the events of the timeline.
2.2a Evidence for the theory of the Big Bang
Look at the Big Bang, from the Hubble Telescope's perspective: "NASA's Hubble Finds Most Distant Galaxy Candidate Ever Seen in Universe." Go through the Introduction, the full article, and the video.
Review the Paperslides How-to Guide. If you want to make changes to your script, "chat" with your group via TodaysMeet; make sure to download & print the transcript (since this is your new script) and bring it to class tomorrow (with an extra copy for me.)
This project will be done in class and all videos will be finished & uploaded by the end of the period. So, it's a BYOD (bring your own device) day (since I only have two recorders) for the recording day; and don't forget the cords to connect whatever you use with a computer/flashdrive.
